The Deco Painter Range offers shades within a colour system. Basic and fashion colours plus classic metallic shades. Painting a large area is child’s play to anybody with Deco Painter. Due to its new brush tip, even larger areas can be coloured in thoroughly and quickly with the painter. Here’s how it’s done:
The substrate must be dust and grease-free before painting. You can prime the whole surface in your chosen colour however you like, e.g. with Marabu-Decormatt. Allow to dry completely.
Then you can paint individual designs with Deco Painter. If you don’t want to draw them freehand, you can use carbon paper. For this, put the tracing paper over the pattern, lightly fixing with masking tape to prevent it from slipping and go over the motif using a pencil while putting sufficient pressure on it.
Before use, shake the painter well with the cap closed. Press onto the tip repeatedly until the ink is visible in it (do not continue once the ink appears in the tip as this may overload it).
Try using the painter on a piece of scrap paper first (not on the object to be painted until you are sure the flow is smooth). Now the traced motif can be painted with the painter. After use, close the cap well (until it clicks). Store in a horizontal position!
