Sparkling plays of colours
Whether applied on a large area or as small spots of colour, glass paints from Marabu let glass surfaces shine. Produce
creative decorations on glasses, glass plates, vases and windows also on mirrors, ceramic, porcelain or acrylic with high-gloss transparent Marabu-Glas.
The flowing colour appearance provides an even application. The shades mix well and offer a wide colour range. Depending on thickness
of paint applied, delicate to strong colours are obtained. Simply fix a design behind the glass and start painting.
The shades offer good miscibility and become intense and shiny when dry. Black and white are opaque shades. The combination of bright colours
and elegant transparency provides delightful plays of colours and light effects.

Here’s how it’s done:
- The glass surface should be cleaned with hot water and detergent or Marabu-Cleaner so that it is dust and grease-free. Rinse off Cleaner residues thoroughly before you start painting.
- Stir the paints thoroughly before use, as the colour pigments will form a sediment at the bottom of the jar – do not shake!
- Paint the surface as desired (see also
 glass painting techniques).
- The paint is touch-dry after 30 minutes, dishwasher-safe after 3 days. We recommend rinsing your painted glasses in the programme for glasses/cups at a maximum 50 °C.
