High quality, fine art acrylic paint, which has excellent properties due to its medium viscosity and is therefore ideal for all acrylic painting techniques. StudioAcryl paint is distinguished by its very good adhesion on all classical painting substrates such as canvas (cotton, linen, jute), art board, wood, cardboard, paper, plastic (without plasticiser), glass, self-curing modelling and moulding clays, etc. The highly pigmented colour shades are brilliant, lightfast and do not yellow. They mix well together and can be thinned with water, if required. Coverage varies from shade to shade as is customary for art paints. The precise coverage of the colour shade concerned can be taken from the product label or from the comments in the colour range. Using the primary colours cyan, magenta and yellow, all other colours can be mixed.

Marabu-StudioAcryl can be applied with a paintbrush or a spatula, dries fast and can be over-painted quickly and is waterproof when dry. The dry paint is elastic and does not crack, even when building up paint layers. StudioAcryl is, of course, compatible with all Pastes, Gels and Lacquers of the Marabu-Acrylic Accessories range. Special paint properties can be achieved by using Marabu-Thickener and Marabu-Drying Inhibitor.
