Marabu-Gutta

For painting colourless outlines on silk. Removable with white spirit or by dry cleaning after steam-setting. Based on organic solvents, Marabu-Gutta is almost odourless and can be diluted with white spirit if required.

Marabu-Outliner

For painting outlines on silk. All Marabu-outliners are water based. The colourless outliner can be washed out with water after steam-setting. The coloured outliners are fixed by steaming; after that, they are resistant to washing and dry cleaning. The 20 ml tubes and 25 ml liners are ideal for direct painting, because of the fine tips.
For very fine outlines, Marabu paint tips can be fitted to the liner.

Working Guidelines
After drying fill in the outlines with Marabu-SilkArt paint (approx. 20 min.). The dry painted silk is fixed by steaming. Coloured outliners are washable and can be dry cleaned; colourless outliners will wash out in cold water.

Marabu-Conditioner

Marabu-Conditioner prevents surplus SilkArt from bleeding and staining when washing the steam-set silk in water, and improves resistance to perspiration. Please follow the instruction.

Marabu-Concentrated Thinner

Marabu-Concentrated Thinner is a water based product which permits painting with diluted Marabu-SilkArt. Its addition facilitates very good flow of the diluted paint and enables it to be applied evenly and free of stripes – even with pastel shades. Colour brilliance and washproofing are preserved. Please follow the instruction.

Marabu-Antifusant
