Opaque crackle paint and transparent crackle paint medium. Smudge-proof, waterproof, lightfast, water-based, very good coverage and quick-drying. Two-component-system. 1. Apply the medium and allow to dry. 2. Apply the paint and leave to dry again. The paint fractures when drying. Suitable for absorbent bases such as wood, MDF, paper maché, stone, ceramic, canvas, etc. For painting or application with a spatula.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Apply the crackle medium with a brush and allow to dry for several hours.
2. Apply the crackle paint evenly with the palette knife. For fine textures: Apply the paint thinly. For rough textures: Apply the paint thickly.
3. The crackle effect develops as it dries. It takes several hours to dry; allow it to dry overnight ideally.

DUAL COLOUR EFFECT:
If the surface has been primed using another paint (e.g. Marabu COLORADO GOLD) this shows through the cracked areas after drying.

GLOSSY FINISH:
For a shiny appearance like facetted varnish, after drying simply apply Marabu AQUA GLOSS VARNISH with a brush.

DON’T FORGET:
- Cover the work surface thoroughly.
- Stir the paint before use.
- The painting surface must be free of dust and grease.
- Clean tools immediately after use.
