Christmas candle jars with Marabu Chalky-Chic
What would Christmas be without candles? They flicker and shine, creating a festive atmosphere. Here, they look particularly fabulous displayed in beautiful jars decorated with chalk paint.

How it is done:
- Start by thoroughly washing the weck jars or whisky glasses and preparing them with Marabu Cleaner. Stir the chalk paints well before use. Transfer the desired image or numbers from the stencil sheet to the self-adhesive film. Cut out the film and stick the images to the jars/glasses.
- Now use a sponge to apply the desired colour of chalk paint to the jars/glasses. As soon as you are done, remove the adhesive film. Allow everything to dry.
- Next, pull off the film and take the ebony and ivory chalk paints. Add alternating black and white dots around the images, ideally using the end of a skewer. Allow to dry again.
- Finally, wrap a piece of black and white cord around the rim of each candle jar and tie in a bow.
