Tips and Tricks

  • Light-colored napkins show through colored backgrounds. For example, you can achieve a color-intensive result with white construction paper.

How it is done:

  • Cover the work area and gather the necessary materials.
  • Use a pencil to trace the party hat template onto construction paper, then cut it out. Apply craft glue or double-sided tape to the adhesive flap. Roll up the hat and glue it together.
  • Cut circles out of the napkins. They can be different sizes or all the same size, depending on your preference.
  • Separate the napkin circles into individual layers.
  • Then, using the brush, apply napkin varnish to the circles on the glasses and party hats, covering them completely. Smooth the circles well from the center of the motif to the edge using the brush.
  • Then, cut a small hole on the right and left sides of the bottom edge of the party hats and tie an elastic band through them. Place a pompom on top of the hats.
