Tip

  • Spray Marabu Art Spray freely onto the desired sections. This adds an extra finish to your artwork!

How it is done:

  • Preparation: Cover the work surface with plastic film.
  • Place a piece of cardboard underneath the painting paper. Spread Marabu Acryl Gel all over the surface with a wide brush. Place tissue paper on the primer, adhere with Marabu Collage Glue and then dry with a hair dryer!
  • Mix Acryl Color in Orange with White on a paper plate and apply irregularly to the lower edge of the picture and in the right-hand section of the picture. Leave the paint to dry.
  • Use the Marabu Art Stamp to pick up your desired shade of Marabu Acryl Color (here: Dark Ultramarine Blue) and stamp in the desired position.
  • Position the stamp design on the surface as often and in as many different colours as you like.
  • Now apply the Marabu Collage Glue with a wide brush. Adhere serviette sections and leave to dry.
Tip: Only use the top layer of the serviette.
  • Spread any number of serviette designs on the background.
  • Mix Marabu Acryl Color in Cherry Red and White on a paper plate. Pick up the paint with the Marabu Art Roller and apply the paint in the desired position in the picture. Leave the paint to dry.
  • Use a brush and black acrylic paint to paint a large flower and petals. Leave the paint to dry briefly again.
  • Then fill in the flower with Marabu Acryl Gesso in White.
  • Fill in the petals with different shades of Marabu Acryl Color. Leave the paint to dry briefly.
  • Stipple the stencil design, e.g. the Marabu Art Stencil "Chevron Pattern", with Marabu Acryl Color White. Carefully remove the stencil and leave to dry.
  • Use the Art Painter or Deco Painter to apply lettering, designs, patterns and embellishments (e.g. a beetle) as desired.
  • Shake the respective Painter well before use with the cap on. Pump by pressing down the tip several times until the ink shows. Then write with the Painter on a piece of paper, not directly on the object to be painted.
  • The Mixed Media artwork is ready!
