Create metallic natural baskets using Marabu Textil Metallic

How it is done:

• In order to create the perfect brush stroke design, we recommend that you test out different brushes on a piece of paper to get a feel for the design and the size of the brush stroke you want to use.
• Then, apply a generous amount of paint to the brush and create an uneven pattern consisting of separate, short brush strokes. Try not to be too precise when painting on the design as it is the casual, random look of the brush strokes that makes this design so cool. If the fabric is thicker, you will need more paint for each individual brush stroke.
• If you want to use a particularly broad brush but you can’t actually dip the brush into the paint because it is too big, we recommend using a small wooden spatula to decant the paint onto a plastic lid or similar so that it is easier to get the paint onto the brush.
