Power Up! Design a bag using Marabu Textil Transfer

IT’S EASY WHEN YOU KNOW HOW!
- As only the toner (and no paper) is transferred, the design transfer feels really soft and flat.
How it is done:
- Create some text on the computer and print it out back-to-front using a laser printer. Cut out the designs, leaving a border of 1-2 cm all the way around.
- Place a piece of paper or cardboard inside the bag. Use craft masking tape to attach the design to the cotton bag with the printed side facing down. Use a brush to apply Textile Transfer to the reverse side of the paper to dissolve the toner. Ensure that you cover the entire design. Otherwise, the design will be incomplete at a later stage.
- Use a squeegee to evenly transfer the design onto the fabric, applying even pressure. Then, remove the paper and the masking tape from the fabric and leave it all to dry fully. After it has dried, apply Textile Protect to the printed area to set the design.
