Tips and Tricks

Marabu Sock Stop is a water-based, rubber-like anti-slip paint, free of latex.
The special formulation prevents extensive drying of the paint in the bottle. Possible drying can only occur in the tip if the bottle is not closed properly. The tip can be cleaned after unscrewing with the help of a simple needle. Afterwards, it is possible to continue using the paint without any problems.

How it is done:

Cover the work area and prepare the materials. Shake the Sock Stop bottle vigorously for at least 30 seconds and apply to a kitchen towel first.
In the first step, paint clouds on the bottom of the shoes with the Sock-Stop paint in white. First paint the outline of the cloud.
Then colour in the cloud shape with the paint. Leave to dry lying down. Once the first layer of paint has dried, a second layer of white paint can be applied if necessary to achieve a more even finish on the felt base. Let dry lying down again.
Once the clouds are completely dry, paint on details such as the head and legs with the black paint to make sheep out of the clouds. Then leave to dry again lying down.
