Tips and Tricks

When applied, the Marabu Glitter Pen with the glitter particles still appears milky. After drying, it becomes transparent and the glitter particles come into their own.

How it is done:

Clean and dry the glass box before painting. They should be clean and dry so that the paint can adhere best. Cover the work area and prepare the materials. Print out an appropriate template or prepare it on a paper.
Stick the template onto the lid of the glass box from behind with adhesive tape.
First test the glitter colour on a separate piece of paper. Then trace the pattern on the glass lid with the glitter pen. The thicker the application, the stronger the glitter effect after drying.
Remove the template and let the lettering dry. The drying time is about 6 hours.
Then fill the box with mementos or give it as a gift.
