Tips and Tricks
How it is done:
- To prepare the wood, start by rubbing down the inner surface of the tray with extremely fine sandpaper. Sweep off any wood dust with a hand brush.
- Next, prime the surface with white Decormatt paint.
- Once the paint is dry, use a pencil to draw geometric shapes onto the tray. It can be helpful to use a ruler. Suitable circular items like a lid or biscuit cutter can act as templates for the circular shapes. Next, colour in the shapes with grey Decormatt paint.
- Once dry, the Decor Soft paints are wipe-proof.
