These water, juice or mixed drink glasses look simply refreshing on any table. The small dragonflies look extremely elegant solo, but also go very well with colourful porcelain.

Tips and Tricks

  • Do not touch the pre-cleaned painting surface with your hands. Fingerprints can impair the adhesion of the painting. We recommend wearing disposable gloves.

How it is done:

  • First pre-clean the glasses with scouring milk and a sponge before painting. Then rinse them 2-3 times in the dishwasher so that the finish is completely removed. Finally, clean thoroughly with Marabu Cleaner so that they are free of dust and grease.
  • Shake the painter vigorously beforehand with the cap closed. Pump by slowly pressing the tip several times until the ink becomes visible. First write on the pens on a piece of paper.
  • Then paint the dragonfly motif on the water glasses. Leave out the drinking rims and do not paint them. It is best to start with the body and then add the wings. Allow the paint to dry at the end.
  • After painting (at least 4 hours drying time), place the jars in a non-preheated oven and bake at 160° C for 30 minutes. Let the jars cool down with the oven door open. Afterwards, the painting is dishwasher safe at max. 50° C.
