Lanterns with Viennese Mesh and Marabu Acrylic Paints

How it is done:

  • Firstly, cut the Viennese mesh into the appropriate sized pieces that are as wide as the glasses and long enough to wrap once around the glasses.
  • The next step is to paint the Viennese mesh. Use a brush to apply the acrylic paint to the top of the mesh. Leave the paint to dry and then paint the bottom of the mesh as well.
  • Once the mesh is completely dry, you can hot melt glue to stick it to the glass. To do this, apply a few drops of hot melt glue to stick one end of the mesh. Then wrap the mesh once around the glass and attach the other end to the glass as well with a few drops of hot melt glue. Finally, you need to place the tea lights in the glasses.
