Tips and Tricks

  • The YONO marker can be wiped off with a damp cloth on smooth, non-absorbent surfaces. If a mistake is made while marking, it can be quickly corrected.

How it is done:

  • First, remove the glass from the frame and clean it. It should be clean and dry. Place the printed menu under the glass and tape it in place.
  • Next, shake the YONO marker with the cap closed for 60 seconds. The mixing ball inside the marker will make a clicking sound. Slowly press the tip onto a piece of test paper several times until the ink becomes visible. If the ink flow is activated, the tip will slowly fill. When the tip is full of ink, write on the test paper. Then rewrite the text with the YONO marker.
  • While the paint is drying, arrange the dried flowers on the second pane as desired. The layer of flowers should not be too thick. In this example we have used dried eucalyptus, dried grasses and dried flowers (sea lilac & gypsophila). All of these are available at florists and can be easily dried by placing the branches in a vase without water for a few days.
  • Finally, the labeled pane is placed on top and both panes are slid together into the frame holder.
