How it is done:

  • First print out the template and hatch the back of the template with a pencil.
  • Then place the template on the notebook and trace the motif with a pencil so that the motif transfers easily to the notebook.
  • Finally, trace the printed motif with the Marabu Permanent Marker.
  • For the notebook with Viennese netting, first spray the netting with the Chalky-Chic Spray. For this, cover the work surface well and shake the can thoroughly for 2-3 minutes (the mixing ball should be clearly audible).
Then spray on a piece of cardboard or newspaper for testing. Spray the Viennese netting to cover the surface. Finally, turn the spray can upside down and spray the valve empty. This prevents the valve from clogging.
  • When the paint is dry, use scissors to adjust the netting to the notebook and cut it to size. Then glue the braid to the notebook with some hot glue.
  • When the netting is glued on, only the small label is missing. Cut out a small rectangle with paper scissors. Use the Permanent Marker to write on it as you like and border it appropriately.
  • Finally glue the label in the middle of the notebook with Fixogum and that's it!
