Vases made from wooden blocks with Marabu GREEN alkyd paint

How it is done:

• Shorten the square pieces of wood - if they are not already in the form of blocks of different sizes - using a (jigsaw). They can vary in length between 6 and 12 cm. Sand the edges if necessary.
• Use a pencil to connect the diagonal corners on the top of each block to create an intersection.
• Drill a hole approx. 3 to 4 cm deep into each block at this intersection using the wood drill, into which the gypsophila can later be inserted.
• The blocks can now be primed with Marabu GREEN alkyd paint. Make sure that the surface is dust-free. Two coats of paint ensure an opaque color result. The largest brush from the Marabu GREEN brush set can be used for this. Allow the paint to dry thoroughly.
• The Marabu GREEN alkyd paint in anthracite can then be used to add color accents with a thinner brush. You can use a pencil and ruler to draw guide lines beforehand. Allow everything to dry well again and decorate.
