Christmas stockings with Marabu Deco Painter and Brilliant Painter

How it is done:

• Get your materials ready. Stir the paints thoroughly before painting and pump the Painters. Shake the Painter vigorously with the cap closed (you should be able to hear the mixing balls clearly). Then remove the cap and briefly press the tip down a few times on a neutral surface until the ink becomes visible. Then the pen is ready to use on paper. So off you go.
• For the stars either use a stencil or paint individual stars with a brush in white and gold on the paper stocking. Allow the paints to dry thoroughly.
• Add the lettering onto the paper with a broad and a fine tipped Deco Painter. If you want, you can do the lettering with a pencil first and then paint over it onto the paper stocking.
• Next, paint the holly leaves in green and the small berries in red onto the stocking. Once the paints have dried, add highlights to the leaves and berries with a white pencil.
• Finally, hang up the stockings and fill with little treats.
