The Pluster/Glitter/Dot/Pearl Pens are suitable for use on cotton and mixed fabrics with up to 20% man-made fibres. Stretchy fabrics with elastane, very coarse fabrics or long fibre fabrics such as terry or velour are less suitable. On these, the Pluster/Glitter/Dot/Pearl Pens might not be able to bond with the fibre sufficiently which could result in reduced permanence. Fabrics which cannot be ironed at cotton setting (150°C or 3 dots) are also not suitable.Removing finishes/pre-washing textiles

Why does the Marabu Pluster Pen not puff up on stone?
Materials such as stone or terracotta take longer to heat up. What could be the reason for insufficient adhesion of Glitter, Pluster Pen on textiles?
It is very important to lightly press the tip of the liner into the fabric while painting. After a drying time of approx. 6-12 hours, iron the Marabu Pluster Pen from the reverse on a soft surface at cotton setting for 10-60 seconds. Or place into the oven for 10-60 seconds until the paint has puffed up matt and textured. Fix the Marabu Glitter Liner from the front through a thin cloth for 3 minutes at cotton setting or place into the oven for 8 minutes at 150°C. How do I fix Marabu Glitter Pen and Pluster Pen paint?
The applied paint should dry for approx. 6 hours (depending on thickness of the coat). When using Glitter Pen on textiles (cotton and mixed fabrics with up to 20% man-made fibres), iron through a thin cloth at cotton setting or fix in a pre-heated oven (8 min./150 °C) after drying. Puff up the applied Pluster Pen with a powerful hair dryer (on the highest setting) or in a pre-heated oven (2-15 minutes depending on thickness/150 °C). When using on textiles, iron all painted sections from the reverse at cotton setting on a soft surface without pressure for 2-3 minutes or in the oven (2-15 minutes depending on thickness/150 °C).
