Loud - bright - NEON! The luminous, fluorescent day-glow colours NEON Yellow and NEON Pink light up under UV-A light. For best results, apply to a light background, primed if necessary with Acryl Color White. For wood, MDF, paper maché, stone, ceramic, clay, polystyrene and canvas. Water-based, smudge-proof and weather-resistant, light-fast and quick drying. For painting and tabbing.
